Our guarantee: complete the audit, read your report. If it hasn't shown you something that changes how you understand yourself — full refund, same day, no questions.
Email hello@selflab.co with the subject line "Refund request" and your account email address. We will process your refund within 24 hours. You do not need to provide a reason, though feedback is welcome.
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. The guarantee applies to users who have completed the full audit. If you have not completed the audit and are experiencing technical issues, please contact us and we will resolve the issue first.
Refunds are processed the same day we receive your request. Depending on your bank or card provider, the funds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
