SelfLab provides a structured self-assessment protocol designed for functioning adults who want to improve their self-awareness and personal direction. SelfLab is not therapy, clinical psychology, or medical advice, and does not diagnose or treat any mental health condition.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Blind Spot Report is a one-time payment of £29. If you complete the audit and your report does not show you something that changes how you understand your patterns, we will refund you in full on the same day. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
All content, including the protocol, prompts, and curriculum, is owned by SelfLab. Your personal answers and report belong to you. You may not reproduce or redistribute our content without written permission.
Your answers are processed and stored securely. We do not sell your data to third parties. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.
SelfLab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
